I cut comedy, action, and VFX-driven work in film and advertising. I like to work closely with the creative team to find what serves the story best. At the end of a project, I want us to know we tried every version and we found the best one.
My recent film work includes the dramedy Miles Away, starring Luis Guzmán and Andre Royo, and the neo-noir dark comedy Bluebird. American Meltdown premiered at the Chattanooga Film Festival, where it won Best Feature Film. The short film The Ballad of Tita and the Machines played at Tribeca, Sundance, TIFF, and Outfest. The short films Killing Jar and In the Fold also premiered at Tribeca.
Recent commercial work includes national campaigns for AXE, State Farm, and the US Army.
I live and work in Los Angeles and am a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild, IATSE Local 700.
